Appointments
If our regular office times don’t work for you, please call us and we’ll find an earlier or later time that will work with your schedule. We know our patients have busy schedules, so we try our best to accommodate with our scheduling. It’s easy to request appointments online or if you can call during business hours to speak with our office manager.
We ask our patients to keep their appointments and if an emergency or conflict arises, to give us advance notice.
Insurance and Billing
We do the insurance work for you. Not only will we check for you if we your insurance will cover your treatment, we also send in the claims and receive payments. We accept most insurances, including but not limited to: Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Guardian PPO, Aetna, MetLife, Cigna, United Health, Humana Dental, and most all indemnity carriers. Payment Options
We accept cash, check, Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and Care Credit.
We want necessary treatment to be the first priority. If your out-of-pocket expenses are too much, we will work out a financial payment plan with you to make sure you get the treatment that you need.
