During your first visit at Brookline Village Dental, we learn about you, your medical and dental history, and give you time to get to know the doctor. What To Expect at Your First Appointment with Dr. Juriansz
Your initial oral examination includes a visual examination, charting, periodontal probing, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations from Dr. Juriansz. We also take a full series of x-rays for proper diagnosis and usually clean and polish your teeth as part of that appointment. Dr. Juriansz and his hygienist will ask you questions about your teeth and if you’ve been feeling any pain.
If you are coming in for an examination for an emergency or a tooth ache, Dr. Juriansz will examine that one area and then schedule a second appointment to examine the rest of your teeth.

If you have time, print and fill out these new patient forms before your appointment. Otherwise, show up to your appointment ten minutes early to fill out the required forms.
